Optimized llms.txt — Wisedocs.ai
Prepared for: Wisedocs Date: 2026-03-09 Current state: llms.txt exists at wisedocs.ai/llms.txt but is ~117K tokens (far too long for any LLM context window), missing the required description blockquote, and no llms-full.txt companion file exists.
This deliverable contains a production-ready, optimized llms.txt that follows the llms.txt specification and reduces the file from ~117K tokens to under 4K tokens — making it actually consumable by AI systems.
Why This Matters
AI answer engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Google AI Overviews) increasingly look for llms.txt as a structured index of what a company does and where to find authoritative content. The current Wisedocs llms.txt tries to include everything, which means AI systems either truncate it arbitrarily or skip it entirely. A focused, well-structured file gives AI systems exactly what they need to cite Wisedocs accurately.

# Wisedocs
> Wisedocs is an AI-powered medical record review and claims document processing platform that transforms unstructured medical records — discharge summaries, imaging reports, pharmacy records, clinical notes, handwritten documents, and faxed records — into structured, defensible chronologies, summaries, and reports. The platform is trained on 100 million+ documents and serves insurance carriers, law firms, IME/QME providers, TPAs, and government agencies. Every AI output is validated by expert human reviewers (registered nurses, trained specialists) before delivery, making outputs citable in coverage decisions, litigation, and regulatory examinations. Wisedocs is HIPAA compliant and SOC 2 Type II certified.
## What Wisedocs Does
Wisedocs solves the medical record review bottleneck in insurance claims and legal case preparation. A single complex claim can involve 5,000-20,000 pages of medical records. Manual review by a trained specialist takes 1-2 weeks per case. Wisedocs processes thousands of pages in 1-4 hours through five stages:
1. **Document ingestion** via web portal, API, or direct integration with claims/case management systems (Guidewire, Duck Creek, Clio, Litify, Filevine).
2. **Classification and deduplication** — AI identifies document types (radiology reports, operative notes, pharmacy records) and removes duplicate pages.
3. **Entity extraction** — Named entity recognition pulls diagnoses, procedure codes, dates, providers, and medications from unstructured text, including handwritten notes.
4. **Chronology construction** — Events are ordered into a timeline with source citations (page number, document name, date) for traceability.
5. **Human review** — A qualified reviewer validates the AI output before delivery.
The result: adjusters and paralegals review structured findings instead of raw records. They spend time on decisions, not document triage.
## Core Platform
- [Platform Overview](https://wisedocs.ai/platform): AI-powered claims document processing — automated workflows, document classification, deduplication, and structured output generation. Features include searchable chronologies, medical insights with AI-generated analysis, WiseChat conversational interface for querying claims with cited sources, custom report templates, handwritten content extraction, co-mingled record detection, timeline visualization, and list-view categorization.
- [Medical Chronologies](https://wisedocs.ai/product/medical-chronologies): Transforms unstructured claim records into searchable, structured timelines organized by date, provider, and medical category. Every entry cites the source document and page number. Used by claims adjusters for reserve-setting and by paralegals for demand letter preparation.
- [Deduplication](https://wisedocs.ai/product/deduplication): Identifies and removes duplicate pages across medical record sets. In workers' compensation and mass tort cases, the same records frequently arrive from multiple sources. Deduplication eliminates the cost of processing the same page twice and reduces reviewer workload. Wisedocs holds the Google featured snippet for "medical record deduplication software."
- [Handwritten Detection](https://wisedocs.ai/product/handwritten-detection): Context-aware extraction of handwritten clinical notes using intelligent OCR. Handles older records from practices that never fully digitized, faxed documents, and mixed handwritten/typed content.
## Who Uses Wisedocs
- [Insurance Carriers](https://wisedocs.ai/business-models/insurance-carriers): Medical adjusters carrying 100-200 active claims per month use Wisedocs to process bodily injury, workers' compensation, long-term disability, and mass tort claims. Integrates with Guidewire, Duck Creek, and Majesco. Outputs structured for reserve-setting decisions and defensible in coverage decision letters. Supports state claims handling timeline compliance.
- [Law Firms](https://wisedocs.ai/business-models/legal-claims): Plaintiff PI firms use Wisedocs for demand letter preparation — building comprehensive chronologies of harm. Defense firms use it for inconsistency detection and timeline gap analysis. Integrates with Clio, MyCase, Litify, and Filevine. Supports searchability by diagnosis code, provider, and date range.
- [IME/QME Providers](https://wisedocs.ai/role/medical-evaluators): Prepares physicians for independent medical examinations by organizing claimant medical history, flagging prior diagnoses relevant to the current claim, and structuring records in physician-ready format. Supports delineation of new vs. pre-existing conditions. Does not generate clinical conclusions — the physician controls the report.
- [TPAs & Case Management](https://wisedocs.ai/business-models/tpas-case-management): Volume claims processing with role-based access controls, automated workflows, and multi-case analysis.
- [Government & Public Sector](https://wisedocs.ai/business-models/government-public-sector): Compliance-first document processing for public sector claims and benefits programs.

How This Was Made
- Gemini Deep Research handled the initial broad research sweeps — competitive landscape, SERP analysis, market positioning. It synthesizes large amounts of web data quickly, which made it the right tool for the discovery phase.
- Claude (Anthropic) powered the specialized analysis agents. Each audit — technical SEO, content gaps, website messaging, social presence, paid ads, email nurture, pricing, review mining, keyword landscape, SERP competition — was run by a purpose-built agent with a specific evaluation framework.
- Every finding was human-reviewed. All agent outputs were presented through a custom review application where Jono reviewed each finding individually — starring high-value signals, keeping relevant ones, reworking those that needed refinement, and discarding those that missed the mark.
- The deliverable itself was drafted by a writing agent, then reviewed against the approved findings and brand standards by a reviewer agent. Jono made the final editorial decisions.
- The proposal site, design system, and all tooling were built by Claude Code.
AI-native workflows let one person do what agencies need teams for. The AI does the heavy lifting. The human makes every judgment call.
